摘要
目的总结严重骨盆骨折及其并发症的急救处置经验。方法对近5年来我科收治的伴有一种或几种并发症的129例严重骨盆骨折患者的临床资料结合文献进行回顾性分析和讨论。结果本组129例中死亡8例,其中7例未及时行有效骨盆固定。总生存率为93.8%。结论严重骨盆骨折的诊治应严格遵循损害控制(DC)理论,密切监测生命体征、快速补充血容量,保持呼吸道通畅。及时、有效的骨盆固定措施能最大限度地挽救患者生命,合理的治疗方案有利于降低伤残率。
Objective To summarize the emergency treatment experience of severe pelvic fracture and its complications.Methods Data of 129 patients with severe pelvic fracture combining one or several complications were retrospectively analyzed.Results Eight patients died among the 129 patients,among them,7 patients did not undergo effective pelvic fixation timely.The total survival rate was 93.8%.Conclusion The treatment of severe pelvic fractures should strictly follow damage control principle,closely monitor the vital signs,quickly supplement the blood volume,keep respiratory tract unobstructed.Timely and effective pelvic fixation can maximumly save the patients＇ lives.Reasonable treatment scheme is helpful for reducing the disability rate.
