Treatment of infected nonunion following Hoffmann Ⅱ external fixation for treating tibiofibular fracture

摘要 应用HoffmannⅡ支架治疗10例胫腓骨骨折内固定术后感染性骨不连,平均固定时间32周,最长106周,骨折均愈合,无钉道感染。HoffmannⅡ支架增加了置钉的选择性,长时间固定安全可靠;同时能提供多维固定,操作简单。
