开放性旋前型踝关节骨折、脱位的治疗策略
Treatment of open pronation ankle fracture and dislocation
摘要
回顾分析开放性旋前型踝关节骨折12例,给予彻底清创的同时,采用有效内固定。按Mazur评分标准:优7踝,良3踝,可2踝;优良率达83.3%。
