摘要
目的研究Cu2+和SDS对裸项栉鰕虎鱼仔鱼存活率的影响,了解裸项栉鰕虎鱼的毒性敏感性。方法实验选取了五个不同日龄的仔鱼,设置了8个不同Cu2+浓度水平和7个SDS浓度水平,实验时间为96 h。结果日龄、Cu2+浓度和SDS浓度均对裸项栉鰕虎鱼仔鱼的存活率产生影响,随日龄的增加,各处理组仔鱼存活率均升高。结论实验结果表明裸项栉鰕虎鱼用于生物毒性检测,具有比同类生物更宽的适用范围、更适宜的毒性敏感性。
Objective Effects of Cu^2+ and SDS on the survival rate of Bareneck goby larva were studied.Methods Eight Cu^2+ and seven SDS were designed.Survival rate data was collected during the 96 h's experiment.Results showed that the effects of Cu^2+ and SDS on the survival rate of Bareneck goby larva were significant(P〈0.05).With the increase of the daily age,the survival rate of the larva was increased.Conclusion The results indicated that Bareneck goby was more fitting than the parallel aquatic used to do some toxicity examination.
