甲泼尼龙冲击疗法治疗儿童非特异性间质性肺炎 被引量：3

摘要 非特异性问质性肺炎（nonspecific interstitial pneumonia，NSIP）是一种原因不明的弥漫性肺间质疾病，对糖皮质激素（GC）反应较好，5年生存率较高［1］，但目前尚缺乏统一的GC治疗剂量与方法，亦缺乏长期的疗效随访资料。浙江大学医学附属儿童医院2009年收治1例儿童NSIP，以甲泼尼龙冲击疗法治疗并随访15个月，近期与远期疗效满意，无明显副作用。
