摘要
采用空气加压渗流技术制备了含宏观孔的锌铝共析合金,在25~400℃、低频率和低应变振幅条件下用多功能内耗仪测试了该合金的内耗和相对动力学模量,研究了宏观孔对其阻尼行为的影响。结果表明:宏观孔的引入提高了锌铝合金的阻尼性能,与致密锌铝合金相比提高了2~4倍;合金的阻尼性能随着宏观孔的减小、宏观孔孔隙率的增加、频率的减小和应变振幅的增加而增大。
Foamed Zn-A1 eutectoid alloys with macroscopic pores were prepared by air pressure infiltration process. The internal friction and relative dynamic modulus were tested on a multifunction internal friction apparatus (MFIFA) at low frequencies, low strain amplitude and over a temperature range of 25 to 400℃. The effects of macroscopic pores on the damping behavior of the alloy were studied. The results show that the damping capacity of the Zn-A1 alloy was enhanced by introducing of the macroscopic pores which increased by 2-4 times in comparison with dense Zn-A1 alloy. The damping capacity increased with decreasing the macroscopic pore size, increasing the porosity, decreasing the frequency and increasing the strain amplitude.
