摘要
什么是C^3I系统的效能,现在的认识很模糊,本文通过分析,明确地指出C^3I的两种效能的含义以及各自的研究方法。文中说明了C^3I系统的自身效能与作战效能分别属于微观层次和宏观层次,前者的研究是后者研究的基础。为了研究C^3I系统的作战效能,文中提出了战争系统论方法,并介绍了研究结果。
The aim of this paper is to present the implications and research methods of the effective measures of the C3I system. Two kinds of effectiveness measures of the C3I system are discussed here: one serves as the communication tool (self-effectiveness, SE), and the other acts as a kind of weapon in the warfare conflicting (warfare-effectiveness, WE). The two kinds of effectiveness measures are quite different both in the meaning and in the way to study. Some methods to study SE are introduced and a method to explore WE is given based on the theory of warfare systematics.
