草河车中没食子酸含量的高效液相色谱法测定

Test Bistortae Gallic Acid by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

目的:采用高效液相色谱分析方法测定草河车中没食子酸的含量,提高与完善草河车的质量标准。方法:色谱柱:大连依利特(250mm×4.6mm5,μm);流动相:甲醇-0.5%磷酸(5∶95);检测波长∶270nm;流速∶1.0mL/mi n;柱温:40℃。结果:没食子酸在0.085～0.595μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.89%,RSD为1.99%(n=6)。结论:高效液相色谱法测定结果准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,适用于草河车的质量控制。

Objective：To establish test methods on bistortae gallic acid by HPLC analysis,to enhance and improve the quality standards of bistortae.Method：Column：Dalian,according to Little（250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm）;mobile phase：methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid（5：95）;detection wavelength：270 nm;flow rate：1.0 mL/min;column temperature：40℃.Result：gallic acid in the range of 0.085～0.595 μg linear relationship between the average recovery was 98.89% RSD was 1.99%（n=6）.Conclusion：This method is accurate,sensitive,reproducible,and suitable for quality control of bistortae.
