干氏经验方治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎疗效观察

Treatment of Children with Chronic Nasal-Sinusitis by Gan's Experience Prescription

目的:探讨干氏经验方对儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:将55例慢鼻-鼻窦炎儿童随机分为2组,对照组28例,口服仙露贝滴剂;治疗组27例,服用干氏经验方,分别治疗4周,停药后随访6个月。结果:总有效率治疗组为92.59%,对照组为82.14%,2组疗效经统计学分析有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:干氏经验方治疗儿童慢性鼻-鼻窦炎可扶正祛邪,通窍排脓。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of children＇s chronic sinusitis by the Gan＇s experience prescription.Method：55 children patients with chronic nasal-sinusitis were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group 28 cases treated by oral XianLuBei drops;treatment group 27 patients taking Gan＇s experience prescription prescription,respectively treated for 4 weeks,and were followed up 6 months after stopping Months.Result：The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 92.59% and 82.14%,the efficacy of 2 groups have been statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Gan＇s experience prescription was an clinical effective prescription in the treatment of children with chronic nasal-sinusitis and worthy to spread.
