补中益气汤联合化疗治疗结肠癌术后复发的临床观察

Clinical Observation the Recurrence of Colon Cancer after Treating with BuZhong YiQiTang Combined with Chemotherapy

目的:观察补中益气汤联合化疗治疗结肠癌手术后复发率的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照分组的方法,通过治疗组(化疗+补中益气汤),对照组(单纯化疗)进行对比试验观察2组患者的疗效、气血虚弱症状的改善以及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗组和对照组的临床显效率分别为68.7%和23.5%,差异有显著性(P<0.01);中医气血虚弱症候疗效比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤联合化疗对改善结肠癌术后患者气血虚弱症状,减轻部分化疗不良反应有一定的效果。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy for recurrence of colon cancer after treating with BuZhong YiQiTang combined with chemotherapy. Method：Patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were treated with chemotherapy combined with BuZhong YiQiTang, the control group were treated with chemotherapy alone, observed the efficacy, the improvement of symptoms of Qi and blood weakness and incidence of adverse reactions by comparison test.Result：The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group were 68.7% and 23.5%, the difference was significant（P〈0.01）;the difference comparing the improvement of symptoms of Qi and blood of TCM was significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was less than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treating with BuZhong YiQiTang combined with chemotherapy have a certain effect on improving the symptoms of Qi and blood weakness of colon cancer patients and reducing some parts of side effects of chemotherapy.
