哮喘儿童肺功能测定的意义研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨肺功能检测指标在儿童哮喘疾病诊断治疗中的临床意义。方法选取我院2008年9月—2011年2月儿科门诊或住院收治的60例儿童哮喘患者,采用德国进口肺功能仪测定哮喘儿急性发作期和缓解期的呼吸测试参数。结果大气道功能均为最大呼气流速峰值(PEF)敏感,小气道功能为呼出25%肺活量时的最大呼气流量(MEF25)、呼出50%肺活量时的最大呼气流量(MEF50)、呼出75%肺活量时的最大呼气流量(MEF75)敏感,缓解期多数患儿小气道功能仍有不同程度的损害。结论 肺功能对哮喘患儿的病情判定、治疗与疗效观察有重要指导意义。 Objective To explore the instructive of pulmonary function monitoring applicated in children with asthma.Methods Our hospital from September 2008-February 2011 pediatric clinic or the hospital treated 95 cases of childhood asthma,Using JAEGER Master Screen diffusion determinator to determine respiratory physiologic parameters respectively both in period of acute episode and remission.Results PEF was the most sensitive one in all parameters of major airway function,MEF25、MEF50、MEF75 were the most sensitive one in all parameters of minor airway function,there was still different degree decrease of minor airway function in most patients of catabasis.Conclusion The minor airway function may play an important role in judging the state of asthma,deciding curative effects and instructing treatment.
