摘要
目的评估体外脱矿环境中几种氟制剂对牙骨质的脱钙作用。方法将15颗因正畸拔出的前磨牙在牙根颈1/3预备出面积为3 mm×4 mm的牙骨质块作为实验区,其余部分涂两层指甲油后,按随机数字表法分为3组,每组5颗。0.1%氟保护漆组用0.1%氟保护漆于实验区涂布两层;0.6%氟化泡沫组用0.6%的氟化泡沫处理4 min;空白对照组用去离子水处理4 min。将已处理的标本牙分别浸泡于8 mL 0.1 mol.L-1的人工龋蚀液中,分别在第1、3、6、12、24、48、72、168小时各吸取1 mL液体,检测龋蚀液中Ca2+浓度值,计算出每组在各时间点牙本质钙溶出的总量。结果 0.1%氟保护漆能有效抑制牙骨质脱钙,而0.6%氟化泡沫对防止牙骨质脱钙无明显效果。结论氟保护漆抑制牙骨质脱钙作用显著。
Objective To assess the efficacy of fluoride products in the protection of cementum against demineralization in vitro.Methods Fifty premolars extracted for orthodontic purposes were painted with two coats of acid-resistant nail varnish except for an exposed window(3 mm×4 mm) at the cervical one third of the root,and then were randomly divided into three groups:0.1% fluoride varnish treatment group(n=5),0.6% fluoridated foam treatment group(n=5),and control group(n=5,washed with distilled water).All the disposed samples were dipped in 8 mL 0.1 mol·L-1 lactic acid solution respectively.At the 1st,3rd,6th,12th,24th,48th,72th and 168th hours,1 mL lactic acid solution was drawn to measure the concentrations of Ca^2+ in the demineralization solution and calculate the total volume of Ca^2+ dissolved from the enamel of teeth.Results 0.1% fluoride varnish significantly decreased dentin decalcification,but 0.6% fluoridated foam had no obvious effect on dentin decalcification.Conclusion Fluoride varnish can inhibit decalcification of cementum.
