复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定性心绞痛的疗效及其对血清C反应蛋白的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Compound Danshen Drop Pills for Treating the Patients with Unstable Angina and Effect on Serum C-reactive Protein

目的观察复方丹参滴丸治疗不稳定性心绞痛(UA)的疗效,探讨其对血清C反应蛋白(CRP)的影响。方法将200例UA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上联合复方丹参滴丸治疗,治疗3个月后评价临床疗效,治疗前及治疗后3d测定血清CRP水平。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,显著高于对照组(70.0%),两组有显著性差异;治疗后,治疗组血清CRP水平显著降低,与治疗前和对照组比较有显著性差异。结论 复方丹参滴丸治疗UA疗效好,可以通过抑制炎性反应来达到抗血栓的目的。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound danshen drop pills for treating the patients with unstable angina（UA） and effect on serum C-reactive protein（CRP）.Methods 200 cases with UA patients were divided randomly into the treatment group and control group.The control group′s patients were given the conventional therapy,and the treatment group′s patients were given the compound danshen drop pills combined with conventional therapy.The clinical efficacy was observed after treatment for 3 months.Before treatment and after treatment the serum CRP levels were detected.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0%,the control group was 70.0%,compared the difference was significant;After treatment the serum CRP level of the treatment group decreased significantly,compared with the prior-treatment and control group the difference was significant.Conclusion The compound danshen drop pills for treating the patients with UA has obvious efficacy of clinic,and can inhibit inflammatory response.
