丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗冠心病的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗冠心病的疗效和安全性。方法将78例患者随机分为两组,每组各39例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液,并对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗组可明显降低临床症状评分、缩短ST段压低总时间、提高心脏评分指数及改善患者血流动力学指标(P<0.05)。结论 丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗冠心病疗效佳、安全性高。
