摘要
高校共青团工作及其评价存在复杂性,体现在:外部环境的复杂性导致高校共青团工作及其评价的复杂性;高校共青团系统具备超循环特性;高校共青团工作评价主体存在多元性与不平衡性;共青团工作成效存在不确定性。必须探索建立更关注基层、更关注过程、方式更灵活、评价主体更多元、评价标准更开放的评价方式,才能满足共青团事业日益发展的需要。
There are complexities in the work of the Communist Youth League and its evaluation in higher learning institutions,which can be generalized in the following aspects: 1.The complexities of the outside environment has caused the complexities of the CYL performance and its evaluation;2.The CYL System in higher learning institutions possesses the characteristics of hypercycle;3.There are pluralism and unbalancedness in the evaluation subject of the universities' CYL performance;4.There are uncertainties in the work result of the CYL.In order to satisfy the demand of the increasing CYL development,it is necessary to establish evaluation modes,which care more about the grassroots units and the process,with more flexible methods,more multiple evaluating subjects and more open evaluation standards.
