坚持党建带团建,实现高校共青团工作新发展

Adhere to the Guidance of the Party Building to Realize New Development of the CYL Work in Colleges and Universities

针对当前部分团员青年先进性意识薄弱、党建带团建工作机制还不够完善、团组织"推优"工作陷入困境的现状,要实现高校共青团工作新发展,必须进一步建立健全工作机制,发挥团的辐射和吸引力作用,抓好组织建设,开创党建带团建的工作新格局。

Currently,some Youth League members and young people have weak consciousness of advanced nature while the working system of development guided by the Party Building are not perfect enough and the mission ＂Recommending Excellent League Members＂ of the CYL organizations is in a dilemma.Aiming at this status quo,in order to achieve new development of the CYL work,it is essential to further establish and improve the working mechanisms,to play the radiant and attractive role of the Youth League,to do a good job in organization development and to create a new pattern in the CYL work guided by Party building.
