摘要
泰罗科学管理理论产生已有100多年的历史,人们对该理论的评价也褒贬不一,很多人批评其建立在经济人假设的基础之上,"胡萝卜加大棒"式的管理严重摧残了人性;其实泰罗科学管理理论中的管理职能化思想和人力资源开发思想,就闪烁着人本管理的理性,也给后来的管理以积极的启示,依然具有重要的现实意义。
Taylor's Scientific Management Theory was created more than 100 years ago,and people have various evaluations of this theory.Many people criticize that it is based on the economic man supposition.The management of the "carrot and stick" approach seriously trampled upon human nature.In fact,there are glitters of rationality of human management in the thoughts of management functionalization and human resource development in Taylor's Scientific Management Theory.It is still of important realistic significance to fuel a positive enlightenment to the subsequent management.
