自制约束复温保暖套在全麻体外循环术后患者复温中的应用

Application of Self-made Rewarming Restraint Set in Body Temperature Recovery of Patients Underwent External Circulation Surgery and General Anesthesia

目的观察自制约束保暖套对全麻低温体外循环术后患者的复温效果。方法将自制约束保暖套应用于120例低温体外循环术后患者,观察复温时间、烫伤、循环稳定情况。结果 110例患者经过60 m in后平稳复温至正常,末梢暖,循环稳定,无烧烫伤事件发生。结论自制约束保暖套对全麻体外循环后患者的复温安全、有效。

Objective To observe the effects of self-made rewarming restraint set on body temperature recovery of patients after external circulation surgery with general anesthesia.Methods Self-made rewarming restraint sets were applied to 120 patients after external circulation surgery and recovery time,scald events,and stability of circulation were observed.Results One hundred and ten patients recovered stably to normal body temperature,with warm limbs and stable circulation.No scald events were noted.Conclusion Application of self-made rewarming restraint set in post external circulation surgery patients is safe,effective,practical,and reliable.
