系列血液净化治疗急性重症中毒的疗效观察

Efficacy of Blood Purification Series in Treatment of Acute Severe Poisoning

目的探讨系列血液净化(血液灌流、血液滤过、血液透析、血浆置换、连续性血液净化)治疗急性重症中毒的疗效。方法在常规治疗的基础上,根据患者的病情和中毒药物/毒物的特征,采用多种血液净化方法相结合的疗法进行治疗。结果应用系列血液净化治疗急性重症中毒患者78例,54例患者痊愈或好转出院。未出现血液净化导致的严重并发症。结论血液净化治疗急性重症中毒是一种安全、有效的治疗方式。

Objective To study the efficacy of blood purification series（Hemoperfusion,hemofiltration,hemodialysis,plasma exchange,plasma exchange,continuous blood purification） in treatment of acute severe poisoning.Methods In addition to conventional treatment,a combination of multiple blood purification methods were applied to treatment of acute severe poisoning patients,based on the features of the drugs/poison.Results Of the 78 cases of acute severe poisoning who received series of blood purification therapy,54 discharged from the hospital cured or improved.No serious complications were noted.Conclusion Blood purification is an effective and safe way for treating acute severe poisoning patients.
