脐带间充质干细胞治疗脑瘫51例疗效观察 被引量:14

摘要 目的总结分析脐带间充质干细胞治疗脑瘫的效果。方法 2009—2010年解放军第四六三医院神经外科应用脐带间充质干细胞治疗脑瘫患者229例,选择其中无智力障碍、一直进行康复治疗,近一年无明显进展的51例患者,进行日常生活活动能力(ADL)评估。比较治疗前与治疗1个疗程(21~28 d进行4次脐带间充质干细胞治疗)后ADL得分,评估疗效。结果治疗前后ADL总分、步行动作、床上运动、认识交流动作得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论脐带间充质干细胞对无智力障碍脑瘫患者治疗有效。 Objective To review the effects of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells in treatment of cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 229 cases had received treatment with umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells at our facility from 2009 to 2010,and 51 out of them,without mental retardation,had undergone rehabilitation therapy all the time,without significant progress in the past year,were enrolled,with their activities of daily living(ADL) assessed.ADL scores before treatment and one treating course(21~28 days,during which umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell therapy was taken out four times) later were compared to evaluate the efficacy.Results ADL scores,walking movement,bed movement,understanding exchange rates movements,before and after treatment were significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion Umbilical cord mesenchymal cells is effective in treating cerebral palsy patients without mental retardation.
