浙江省35所医院感染器械清洗现状的调查与分析

Investigation on Cleaning Status of Medical Infected Instruments under New Standards in 35 Hospitals from Zhejiang Province

目的了解浙江省部分医院消毒供应中心感染器械的清洗现状,分析其主要影响因素,探讨医院消毒供应中心提高感染器械清洗质量的有效措施。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对浙江省15所三级甲等医院和20所二级甲等医院消毒供应中心对感染器械的清洗现状及其影响因素进行调查。结果 35所医院中,按照《消毒供应中心的三大卫生行业标准》规范处理感染器械的占51.4%,担心采取先清洗后消毒处理感染器械被感染的占70%,感染器械集中化处理的占42.8%,接受感染器械清洗灭菌专门培训的占60%,检测清洗效果采用目测法的占56%。结论影响感染器械规范处理的主要因素有清洗条件不具备、清洗人员相关知识缺乏、清洗人员培训力度不够、防护用品不全、检测方法落后和监控力度不强等。各级医院应针对这些因素,规范感染器械清洗消毒,寻求科学有效的方法对感染器械的清洗环节进行日常监测,提高清洗质量和灭菌成功率,确保手术患者的安全。

Objective To comprehend the cleaning status of medical infected instruments in supply room,to analyze the main influencing factors,and to explore the effective measures for improving the cleaning quality of medical infected instruments.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the cleaning status and influencing factors of medical infected instruments of central sterile supply department in 15 Grade-III（A-Level） hospitals and 20 Grade-II（A-Level） hospitals in Zhejiang Province.Results Of the 35 hospitals,the specification process of medical infected instruments in accordance with the new standards,those with fear to take infection after cleaning of infected equipment,the centralized processing of infected equipment,those received specialized training in infection sterilization of medical infected equipment,and visual detection method for cleaning effects accounted for 51.4%,70%,42.8%,60% and 56%,respectively.Conclusion The main factors influencing the standardized process of medical infected instruments include：deprivation of washing conditions,lack of knowledge among the staff,inadequate training of cleaning personnel,imperfect protective equipment,dated detection and inadequate monitoring system.In view of the influencing factors,all hospitals should standardize the cleaning process of infected instruments,seek scientific and effective methods for daily monitoring of cleaning of infected instruments,improve the cleaning quality and sterilization success rate,and ensure the safety of surgical patients.
