摘要
孔子的教育活动开创了中华教育的新时代。他以私人教育的形式推动了知识文化的下移和扩散,催生并引领了思想文化领域的百家争鸣运动,对秦汉以来的社会发展亦影响深远。他的教育教学思想来自实践经验,不仅全面、系统,涵盖了教育理论的各方面和各环节,而且多有创造,非常实用。特别是因材施教、启发诱导等教学原则与方法的提出,在中外教育史上更具超越时空的普遍指导意义。研究这些思想,对解决当今的某些教育问题实有教益与启迪。
Confucius starts a new era in the education history in China.His private education promotes the spread of knowledge to more social ranks,starts the age of 'letting a hundred schools of thought contend' in the field of ideology and culture and has had great influence on the development of the later Chinese societies.Resting upon practical experience,his educational thoughts are complete and systematic,involving every corner of educational theories.Besides,his thoughts are creative and practical.Among them,the principles of teaching students according to their aptitude and elicitation method of teaching have played an instructive role in the education history at all times and in all countries.A study of his thoughts surely will cast new light on the problems on the education today.
