博弈与和谐:大学权力问题的若干思考

Game and harmony:a reflection on the balance of power in universities

当前,我国大学越来越呈现出行政组织的一般性特征,大学内外部错综复杂的各种权力又表现出鲜明的制衡关系。如何协调运用好这些权力,对于大学的建设发展意义重大。本文试图从政府权力与大学权力、党委权力与校长权力、学术权力与行政权力、校部权力与院系权力入手,力求探寻大学权力由博弈走向和谐的路径。

Currently,the universities in China are increasingly showing the general characteristics of administrative organizations.Meanwhile the power in and outside of universities restrains each other.How to coordinate and use the power is of great significance to the development of universities.To explore how to shift from gaming to harmony,this paper discusses the relationship between the power of government and university,Party committee and President,academic research and administration,and university and schools.
