摘要
文章阐述了台湾高校家庭经济困难学生资助的特点,针对其特点并结合大陆高校家庭经济困难学生资助的现状及其存在的问题,提出进一步完善资助制度,建立"有章可循、有法可依"的资助局面;提高资助水平,建立"高水平、广覆盖"的资助体系;转变资助理念,树立"以人为本、助人自助"的助人理念。
In view of the characteristics of financial assistance for needy students in Taiwan in combin ation with the existing situation and problem of mainland financial assistance for needy students,the author suggested that the aiding systems,grant amount and supporting ideas should be improved.
