实行高危项目流程改造 保障患者护理安全

Reconstruction of nursing procedures of dangerous projects to guarantee patient safety

目的:从流程入手,探讨保证患者安全的有效途径。方法:对工作中高危项目的流程进行重新审视,按照流程制定原则进行流程改造。结果:实践三年多,取得很好的成效,使护理人员能够按照流程进行规范操作,从而养成了良好的工作习惯;管理者按照流程要求安排、督查工作,也杜绝了管理者在管理中的随意行为,使护理安全得到有效保证。结论:工作流程严谨细致,切实可行,是保证护理安全的有效途径。

Objective：To approach effective measures of guarantee patient safety in nursing procedure.Methods： The nursing procedures of dangerous projects were surveyed and reconstructed.Results： Though three years practice,some experiments and achievements were obtained.Nurses performed standard operation according to the procedure and formed good working habit,the manager arranged and supervised work under the guidance of the procedure avoiding random performance,which ensured patient safety in nursing.Conclusion： Meticulous and practicable nursing procedure is an effective way to guarantee patient safety.
