球磨机筒体振动噪声的仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 对球磨机筒体的振动和声辐射进行了理论分析。然后结合边界元方法对筒体辐射声场进行了仿真分析。对比实测数据,仿真计算结果与实测结果有较好的一致性。对比分析表明噪声仿真分析可以应用到球磨机的降噪工程上,也能为低噪声球磨机筒体的设计提供理论依据。 After carrying out a theoretical analysis of vibration and sound radiation of mill cylinder,simulation for acoustic field has been preceded by boundary element method.Comparing with the measured datum,the datum by simulation is very compatibility to those of measured′s.Analysis shows that the simulation method not only can apply to control noise of cylinder but also produce base theoretic when designing low noise mill cylinder.
