摘要
在分析总结渐开线圆弧齿轮结构及传动特点的基础上,利用Pro/E建立了渐开线圆弧斜齿凹齿轮和凸齿轮实体模型。并利用ANSYS对二者进行了模态分析并获得固有频率和振型,为渐开线圆弧斜齿轮动态设计提供了理论依据。
The solid model of involute-circular tooth gear by Pro/E is established,according to the analysis result on the structure and the characteristics of transmission.Then it can carry on model analysis of the involute-circular tooth gear by making use of Pro/E and ANSYS interface technology.the mode shape and frequencies are extracted,which provides the theory basis for dynamic design of the involute-circular tooth gear.
