橡胶沥青碎石封层试验评价

Test on Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal

已有对碎石封层预防性养护的研究多集中在路面材料还有施工技术上,对其关键技术和方法措施没有深入理解,导致预防性养护在一些路面上应用并不成功。因此,需要改进现有评价碎石封层的评价方法,并根据道路本身的特点制定合理的预防性养护计划,深入研究预防性养护技术的特点以指导工程实践。采用"主驱动轮式路面表面功能加速加载评价系统"对橡胶沥青碎石封层进行试验评价,并进行了优化设计。试验结果表明不同工艺下的碎石封层其抗剥落性能差异较大,而优化后的碎石封层工艺提升封层的路用性能并满足施工的简易性。

There large quantities of studies on materials and construction methods of chip seal.Lack of understanding on the key techniques and methods had result unsuccessful applications in pavement preventive maintenance.Therefore,to improve the existing chip seal evaluation methods was in needed.More over,based on the characteristics of the pavement,studying the characteristic of preventive maintenance and making reasonable maintenance plan were necessary.Based on ＂Driving Wheel Pavement Analyzer＂,a test on asphalt rubber chip seal was carried out.The performance of different chip seals were evaluated and optimized.The results show that the technologies of chip seal applications play the key role on the performance.The optimization of chip seal improves the performance largely;and this method is easy to apply.
