摘要
以雅砻江流域梯级水电站群生态调度决策支持系统为背景,分析流域梯级水电站群生态调度原则,研究生态流量计算方法,建立生态调度模型,提出水电站群生态调度决策方法,探讨构建该决策系统的解决方案和关键技术。以RIA(Rich Internet Applications)为平台建立基于云计算的分布式、可扩展的生态调度决策支持系统。
Based on background of ecology operation decision support system for cascade hydropower stations on Yalong River,analyzes the ecology operation principles for basin cascade hydropower stations, studies computing methods for ecological flows,builds ecology operation models, presents ecology operation decision methods and explores solutions and key technology. Taking Rich Internet Applications (RIA) as platform, the distributed extensible ecology operation decision support system based on cloud computing is built.
