文章对德国与欧盟的电子商务监管进行了介绍,并对其政府部门的监管措施、管理方式及相关立法进行了分析,探讨了相关监管工作中的问题与难点。
E-commerce in Germany and the EU regulation was introduced,and the government departments and regulatory measures,management and related legislation and other aspects of the analysis to explore the regulatory work related problems and difficulties.
