Management and Quality Control on the Deformation Monitoring of Tunnel

用管理学的理论就隧道变形监测的任务、工作内容、组织分工、管理体系和管理方法进行探索。研究表明,对隧道变形监测的方案、仪器设备、人员配置以及监理制度的设计和关于变形监测全过程的评分、考核和管理是保证变形监测质量和保证隧道安全的重要措施。

Based on the theory of management science,this paper makes an exploration on the task,working content,organizing and labor division,management system and method of deformation monitoring of tunnel.The research shows that the management of the scheme,instrument and equipment,staffing and supervision for the tunnel deformation monitoring,and the rating,examination and control of the whole process of the deformation monitoring are the key measures for ensuring the deformation monitoring quality and tunnel safety.
