MRI在肿瘤血管靶向成像中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 自1971年Folkman等〔1〕提出实体肿瘤的生长和转移有赖于血管生成这一理论以来,国内外学者对肿瘤血管新生的机制进行了大量的研究,恶性肿瘤的治疗方针也从以细胞毒性药物直接杀伤(死)肿瘤实质细胞转向了辅以抗肿瘤血管新生治疗的方法。目前已有多种抗肿瘤血管新生药物进入了临床应用。如何对这些药物的治疗效果进行无创性精确的监控和评估,是目前亟待解决的问题,也是医学影像学所面临的新的机遇和挑战。
