肺癌患者FHIT基因突变及其与吸烟、化疗敏感性的关系 被引量:1

摘要 脆性组氨酸三联体(FHIT)基因是Ohta等〔1〕于1996年在3p14.2上找到的一种新的抑癌基因,在肺癌发生中起重要作用,在吸烟者中这种作用更加明显,其低表达可促进肺癌的发生和发展,影响某些化疗药物敏感性,并具有预后评估价值。FHIT基因包括t(3;8)断裂点、FRA3B及HPV16整合位点,在染色体上占据了约2Mb的位置。
