摘要
按高性能混凝土要求选用其它原材料,采用掺高性能减水剂、粉煤灰、硅灰,优化混凝土配合比参数,合理地使用石粉含量偏高的机制砂配制高性能混凝土,既满足了设计和施工要求、降低了工程造价,又扩大了机制砂的使用范围。
With the usage of the rich experience in high performance concrete,the influences of stone powder on the workability and the mechanical properties of concrete are studied.According to the requirements of high performance concrete,other materials are selected.By adding high performance water-reducer,fly ash and silica fume,the parameter of concrete mix proportion is optimized.Using reasonably mechanical sand which contains relatively rich stone powder to produce high performance concrete can meet the requirements of design and construction,as well as reduce the project cost and extend the application of the mechanical sand.
