试论公安院校教育管理的目标化

公安院校教育管理水平直接关系到学员的素养和工作能力。在公安教育体制改革的大环境下,公安院校应更新管理观念,将目标管理这一概念引入到公安教育管理中。目标管理是人本化管理的内在需要,也是取代过程管理的必然趋势,符合科学管理的需求。公安院校在推行目标管理中,要注意目标制定的科学可行、目标分解的上下结合、目标考核的客观公正。
