《旅游政策法规》是旅游类专业的一门专业基础课,也是全国导游资格考试的必考科目,对学生职业能力培养、职业素质养成及职业发展具有十分重要的作用。但在实践教学中,由于诸多原因导致学生学习兴趣不高,教学效果欠佳。为此,应根据课程特点及旅游高职高专人才培养目标要求,因材施教,进行教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、考试方式改革,调动学生学习兴趣,提高教学质量和效果。

The course of Policies and Regulations of Tourism is a major-related basic course for tourism majors.As a necessary subject in the National Examination for Tourist Guides＇ Qualification,the course plays an important role in the cultivation of students＇ professional competence and quality as well as their career development.Due to a variety of reasons,students do not have much interest in the classroom teaching,which leads to unsatisfactory teaching results.Based on the features of the course and relevant cultivation objectives for tourism majors in vocational colleges,this essay discusses about possible solutions in the aspects of individualized teaching,reforms of teaching contents,teaching approaches and forms of exams,to arouse students＇ learning interest as well as improving the quality and effects of the teaching.
