摘要
学科教学知识(PCK)被认为是教师知识的核心,对教师的专业发展具有重要意义。开放教育的辅导教师应通过立足教学实践,进行日常化经验反思,组成教学团队,加强建设学习共同体,通过专业活动和交流,开展博而精的专业阅读,主动建构PCK。
PCK is regarded as the core knowledge of a teacher,which is of great significance to his or her professional development.Teachers of face-to-face instruction in open education should construct their PCK in the aspects of teaching practice,routine experiential reflections,the construction of a learning community and specialized activities,communications and readings.
