国家对高校思想政治理论课教学十分重视,但思想政治理论课教学效果并不理想,教育的投入与效果之间并不成正比。要改变这种现状,教师是关键。作为思想政治理论课教师,必须具有坚定的理想信念、广博精深的知识、崇高的职业精神等基本素质,才能为提高思想政治理论课教学效果奠定坚实的基础。

Although the course of ideological and political theories is attached great importance to in China,the teaching results are not satisfactory.The investment in its teaching and the teaching results are out of proportion.Teachers play a crucial role in changing the current situation.To improve the teaching results,teachers must be equipped with firm ideals and beliefs,extensive and profound knowledge and lofty professionalism.
