摘要
恒运电厂一次调频采用了DEH+CCS控制策略,但在实际运用中动作效果不好。本文通过对恒运电厂一次调频逻辑及参数设置的分析,找出电厂机组一次调频正确动作率低的原因,并提出整改优化方案。
The control strategy of DEH+CCS is adopted in the primary frequency modulation in Hengyun power plant,which does not function satisfactorily in operation.This essay analyzes the logic and parameter setting of the primary frequency modulation,finds out the cause of the low accuracy rate of the primary frequency modulation of the electric generating set,and presents schemes for improvement and optimization.
