摘要
采用溶液聚合法首次合成出粉煤灰-膨润土/丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺高吸水复合材料,该复合材料对蒸馏水、自来水、生理盐水的吸液倍率高于国家"863计划"关于高吸水材料的技术指标。对该复合材料的保水性能、二次吸液性能、耐寒性能及其吸液速率进行测试。结果表明:该复合材料吸水后可长时间保持湿润,具有优越的保水性;具有较高的二次吸液能力,可以多次使用;0℃吸液性能较好,可以应用于低温领域;吸水速率较快,可用于实际生产。
Fly ash - bentonite/acrylic polymerization, and the composite has acid- acrylamide superabsorbent composite was first synthesized by solution higher absorption ratio to distilled water, tap water, saline solution than the superabsorbent material specifications of national "863 program".
