As China＇s economy continued to pick up, China＇s hotel industry labor shortage problem occurred, and lewis turning point began to appear, which declared the era of China＇ s demographic dividend is disappearing. The author analyzed the impact of Lewis Turning Point on the hotel industry performance, and proposed innovative em- ployment system, the implementation of hotel business process reengineering, enhancement of staff career planning and shaping the environment of human enterprise and other strategic measures to promote sustainable business of hotels .
