摘要
随着我国经济形势不断回暖,我国酒店行业出现了用工荒,刘易斯拐点开始显现,宣告了我国人口红利时代正在消失。分析了刘易斯拐点对酒店行业的影响表现,并有针对性提出创新用工制度、实行酒店业务流程再造、加强员工职业生涯规划以及塑造企业人性化环境等战略措施,以推动酒店业可持续性经营。
As China's economy continued to pick up, China's hotel industry labor shortage problem occurred, and lewis turning point began to appear, which declared the era of China' s demographic dividend is disappearing. The author analyzed the impact of Lewis Turning Point on the hotel industry performance, and proposed innovative em- ployment system, the implementation of hotel business process reengineering, enhancement of staff career planning and shaping the environment of human enterprise and other strategic measures to promote sustainable business of hotels .
