摘要
研究结果表明,把2%的甘油加入到悬浮培养基中,能提高胚胎发生的频率;在悬浮培养基和固体诱导培养基中分别加入浓度为1.0mg/L和0.2mg/L的2,4-D能促进胚胎的发生;在固体培养基中添加ABA有利于正常胚状体的形成;高浓度的谷氨酰胺对胚状体成苗培养有明显的促进作用。
Cell suspension culture was employed to produce somatic somatic embryoids and theirplantlets from Hevea brasiliensis. The embryogenesis rate was enhanced by addition of 2%glycerine to the suspension medium. The embryogenesis was promoted on the suspension liquid and solid differentiation media at the presence of 1.0 mg/L and 0.2 mg/L of 2,4-Drespectively. The presence of ABA in the solid medium was beneficial for generation ofnormal embryoids which were induced to form plantlets when transferred to modified MSmedia. High concentration of glutamine was conducive to formation of plantlets from thenormal embryoids cultured on modified MS media.
