摘要
利用乳液聚合原理就地制备聚苯乙烯树脂乳液补强天然胶乳,研究聚苯乙烯与天然胶乳的用量配比对天然胶乳硫化胶膜力学性能的影响。同时研究了补强胶乳的胶体性质、成膜性能及其硫化胶膜的耐溶剂性能。引用补强度(R)来表征天然胶乳胶膜的补强效果。实验结果表明:聚苯乙烯树脂乳液对天然胶乳具有良好的补强作用;补强胶乳仍具有良好的成膜效果;所得的补强胶乳硫化胶膜耐溶剂性能得到改善。并采用透射电镜(TEM)、萃取等手段研究了补强胶的微观结构、树脂与天然橡胶的结合方式等。
The effects of proportion of polystyrene (PS) to natural rubber (NR) on the me-chanical properties of natural rubber latex vulcanized rubber film were investigated by usingemulsion polymerization to prepare in situ natural rubber latex reinforced by polystyrene.The colloid property and rubber film-forming property of the reinforced NR latex as well asthe solvent-resisting property of vulcanized rubber film were also studied. The reinforced ef-fect of NR latex is expressed as Reinforced Degree (R). The results showed that PS emulsion reinforced NR latex. The reinforced NR latex still had a very good film-forming effect,and the solvent-resisting property of the vulcanized rubber film of the reinforced NR latexwas improved. The microstructure of the reinforced NR latex and the bounding way of PSresin and NR were studied by means of TEM and extraction.
