摘要
用不同浓度的稀土(RE)处理马尾松种子,结果表明,RE能明显地提高种子活力、发芽率和发芽速度,促进根芽的生长;降低过氧化物酶活性和IAA氧化酶活性,提高IAA含量;各项指标以300mg/L浓度处理效果最好。
The rare earth (RE) with different concentration levels was used to treat seeds ofPinus massoniana Lamb. The results disclosed that the rare earth evidently improved the vigor,the germination percentage and the germination speed of the seeds as well as the growth ofthe roots and the buds. The activity of peroxidase and IAA oxidase of the seeds was reduced,and the IAA content increased. The optimum concentration of rare earth for treating the seedswas at a rate of 300 mg/L.
