摘要
通过不同温度、pH值条件下微生物菌种的生长速度,筛选出优势菌种;采用不同菌株合理配伍,混合培养及小型发酵实验,研制出一种适应温度范围广、产酸多、混合培养无拮抗、营养互补的秸秆饲料发酵生物添加剂,这种生物添加剂可以使麦秸、稻草、黄干玉米秸在发酵8~10天后成为湿润、柔软、具酸香味的家畜粗饲料。
Several dominant microorganisms strains have been selected according to the growth rate under different temperature and different pH values.Through the rational compatibility,one kind of mixed bio additive for straw forage fermentation has been studied.This bio additive can grow well under 10 ℃-40 ℃ with no confrontation each other and it also can produce many acidic materials.After 8~10 days fermentation with this kind of bio additive,the straw forage become moist,soft,sour and sweet,and suitable for stock and poultry.
