提出了利用不同 Q 值光栅来测量单模 TEM_(?)激光高斯光束发散度的方法,由理论计算和一元线性回归方程误差分析,得到了若干组理论误差低于1％的能用于测量的线性关系式。

A measuring method for the diver(?)nce of single-mode TEM_(00) laser Gaussian beam by gratings with different Q values is developed.Based on the theoretical computation and the error analysis for one dimensionality regression equations,linear relations which can be applied to measuremen and a number of theoretical errors less than 1% are derived.
