摘要 目前竹材加工利用中,普遍采用弦向剖篾方法,致使竹材利用率最高仅为 45% 左右.为了充分合理利用竹材,提出了径向剖篾的加工方法和以径向竹篾作为竹胶合板构成单元的设想.径向竹篾干缩时产生严重的纵向弯曲变形,是必须解决的首要问题.为此,在分析产生弯曲变形原因的基础上,进行了防止干缩变形的多种实验研究,并取得了良好的效果.通过综合评价。 At present, tangential cutting is widely used in bamboo processing, but with this method, the highest utilization efficiency is only about 45%. In order to use bamboo resources more sufficiently, we suggest radial cutting and using radial bamboo strip as the composite unit of bamboo plywood. Then the major problem is how to prevent the radial bamboo strip from serious longitudinal bending while drying. We have done many experiments based on causative analysing to prevent this from happening and have got some good results. Through comprehensive evaluation, we come to think that using bamboo strip and bind drying method in radial bamboo composite panel processing has very good application prospects.
