单缝缩放测量的修正因子及其计算机解法

The Correction Factor and It's Computer Solution for Measuring Single-Slit Using Reducing-Enlarging Method

缩放法是开发不久的一种新的测量方法。由于光电器件不可能实现绝对的点光强接收,因此这种方法存在着原理误差。本文导出了缩放法测单缝时光电面接收修正因子的表达式,并介绍了该修正因子的计算机解法。

The reducing-enlarging method is a new measuring method developed not long ago.Due to the intensity of an absolute point can't be received by a detector,hence a principle error is generated in the method.In the paper the expression of the correction factor of the photoelectric receiving with an area for measuring signle-slit using the reducing-enlarging method is derived,and a computer solution of the correction factor is presented.
