摘要
研究了影响由野生马尾藻提取褐藻酸钠品质的因素, 指出了原料的保存条件和改进了工艺条件:(1) 在高碱度下先高温, 后降温、稀释的消化方法; (2) 使钙化和漂白合并在一起进行的方法。使产品的粘度得到较大提高, 并缩短消化时间和降低废酸的排放。
This paper deeled with the factors that affect the quality of sodium algdiate extracting from sargassum.In order to get a good quality of sodium algdiate,we put forward a new method:(1)during the extract process keeing high basicity and high temperature at first and then diluting in lower temperature.(2) combining calcification with bleaching in the same process in producing sodium alginate.The result showed that the sodium alginate viscesity increased obviously,while the time of digestion were shorter,and the scrap acids discharge reduced.
