关节镜下修复Bankart损伤治疗肩关节前向不稳
摘要
肩关节是人体所有关节中活动度最大的关节，也是稳定性相对较低的关节，临床中尤以肩关节前方不稳最为常见。自从Johnson介绍关节镜下使用“U”形钉进行关节囊缝合以来，随着新技术的不断出现和发展、治疗方法的不断更新，应用关节镜技术对肩关节不稳定进行正确的诊断和修复得以不断发展。由于良好的手术技巧和准确的判断技术，术后复发和并发症的发生率通常是可以接受的。
